Air Technologies’ development team achieved a technological
breakthrough in the process of applying TiO2. Our
patented process has proven to be a quantum leap in providing
ultra clean surfaces and superior indoor air quality. By
electrically charging each molecule of water holding the TiO2
(anatase Titanium Dioxide) the application is nearly flawless. This
process allows for:

production from 1,000 sq. ft. a day to 40,000 sq. ft within 4

- Not
all TiO2 products are the same. Some are not totally “environmentally
friendly.” Always check the MSDS sheet with a
facility manager and/or an IH (Industrial Hygienist) prior
to a commercial application.
- If
your choice of a TiO2 product does not have a binding coat,
it will not properly adhere to the surface being treated. The
application should be a two step process in order to be successful.
- If
you are contemplating a TiO2 application, comparative pricing
is extremely important. For example; if you have been
quoted a price of $1.78/sq.ft. for an application, our price
range is generally between $0.55 and $0.80/sq.ft. and includes
the base coat.
- NAT
